Career Fair 2012

Career Fair is an annual event of mmu, i passed the interview & i was selected as one of the public relation committee for these event. The high com used about half a year to do all the preparation. What we PR(s) do is to call 30-50 companies asking them to join career fair.

I was assigned to "babysit" Telekom at first but i requested to change, and they arranged me to Hewlett-Packard (HP). The staffs are so friendly & they did offer me an internship at HP. Heees :) Most of the staffs said i should have study marketing instead of management because i'm able to talk, to social etc. In short, i'm talkative & outgoing? My internship will be on this coming June, career fair is one of the path for me to look for my attachment :)

Thanks to Career Fair, two companies offer me an internship without me submitting my resume. It wasn't something i wish to work at but i felt real happy for that :D Will see how after 3-4 months since it's abit too early to talk about that.

Not to forget, i've met some new friends there!

Hope to join back next year as PR as well :)
It was a very successful event & i'm looking forward for the appreciation dinner.

Cyberpreneruship project

As what the mmu students know, we're required to take a subject called - Cyberpreneurship (CyberP). I'm not so sure other faculties take this subject or not but i'm pretty sure business students have/must take it. Basically, it's a project-based subject, we don't need to sit for final, midterms etc. All we need to do is work out a business proposal then run your business.

Since most of the seniors said it's a very-easy-to-score subject, so we just want to make it simple & easy. We decided to sell some snacks :) After a long discussion, my group decided to sell curry fish balls, herbal eggs & fresh fruits.

The name of our enterprise is - The Quench! :) and photo below is our enterprise logo. Cute right?

Homemade curry fish balls & herbal eggs :) not to mentioned, we're one of the best seller compare to others, hahaha! We rent a booth in Misri Plaza & we operated our business for continuously 4 days.

They called me 水果妹 (fruity girl) because i'm the one who cut the fruits. Haha! Actually i'd got other partners also. Each of us have our very own nickname during that 4 days (19/12/2011-22/12/2011). Before that, i did asked my mom how to cut watermelon, and so on. I'M FAILED right? i know how to peel/cut small-size fruits only :)

There were some funny stuff happened all the time, like a boy from China bought 20 eggs from us. He said his friends can finished all that. Oh my god! He & his friends are our loyal customers, they came almost every day :) They also said we can used our "beauty strategies" to attract customers.

Last but not least, thank you my groupmates for being so cooperative. I think we did quite a good job.

Unlike others, we both don't have any plans on Christmas.
We went to watch a movie, had a simple dinner, no countdown or whatsoever.

Frankly, i do hope there will be something special as that was the 1st christmas we'd been together.

Oh yes, this is an overdue post which already happened month ago, yet i still decided to write it here because it was simply awesome :) Ok, as what written on my previous post, december was so happening because it's my month - my birthday. I'd been awaiting for like whole year and finally the day has arrived :)

First surprise celebration was given by all my girlfriends. Boyfriend planned all these & amp;seriosuly i didn't expect all these happened because my boy isn't romantic type so he wouldn't do that. Boyfriend blamed me because he couldn't reached me at 12am. Haha! i was busy on phone and he only managed to call in after like 20 minutes.

Headed to mcd after that because we people made so much noise until somebody threw something out from their house =/ Could be forgiven because it's midnight already, so sorry!

Second birthday celebration was given by my babyboy :) As what i requested, we went to Poco Homemade which located somewhere around Bangsar. I always wanted to go there cuz i love their environment so much :) All their stuff are homemade and it looked so adorable for me.

Baby got me this as birthday gift, a pendant from Thomas Sabo. He knew i love Eiffel tower so so so much, and i used to have one before, that's why he got it for me. I'm wearing it everyday now :) Besides, he got me a Charles & Keith leopard printed purse as what i requested him to buy for me, haha! ♥

Last celebration was given by my bunch of buddies in ipoh. The day after my birthday, i went back to ipoh & my besties decided to have a belated birthday dinner together in Citrus Wine & Bar.

Lastly, thank you people for all the wishes,blessings,celebrations,presents, loves.

i'm so bless to have you people besides me.

not forgetting, thank you mommy,daddy, gorgor, jiejie for giving me such a blessing family.

First post, 2012

Hey peeps, i'm back! It has been a long time since i last update because i was drowning with different kind of stuffs that made me feels busy. So sad that couldn't write a last post for 2011 because last year december was so happening & i'm gonna blog it sooner :)

So, it's 2012 now. I'm still working out on my new year resolution but i'm truly glad that so far the beginning of this year has been treating me quite well. I felt so amazing especially when i got an offer from 2 companies for my internship :) They offered me on the spot, i don't even need to submit my resume, how good. Anyway, my internship is 5 months away from now, still long to go, but i just can't wait to enroll myself into it.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner, yet i'm still busy with assignments, presentations and a lil bit of my event's stuff. I want to go shopping so badly, and i wanted to occupy my wardrobe with all new clothes. Boyfriend is so busy with his final year project so we less date recently =(

Oh ya, not to left out my beloved sister is going to give birth probably on end of this month. I pray that everything will be fine :)

STOMP musical show

This was the second time i work for part time in KL, thanks to Steven Chang for getting me this job.
i worked as an usher in KLCC Plenary Hall 2 weeks before, spending my weekends with STOMP!

not so sure whether or not you know about STOMP, but i guess probably some of you might remember last time when u went to cinema, during the advertisement period, you saw a bunch of people holding some rubbish bin, tin, broom or whatever that can make sound? Yea, they used this kind of stuffs to do their performance. Yeah, they were STOMP.

I didn't know i'm working for them, i thought it was just some ordinary musical show. I was kind of happy when after i realized that. The benefits of this job is, you can watch their show for free & i watched 4 times within 2 days. Tickets weren't that cheap, the lowest price was RM78, applicable only for students.

My job was pretty easy, very easy! Heessss :)

All i need to do is stab the ticket, and direct the seats to them, that's all. I only worked for maximum 4 hours a day.

Introduced this job to this very free man, Henry. He got nothing to do since he finished all this final year project already.

Met 2 friends during work, they are siblings. Doesn't looks alike right?

Ipoh, my sweet home

A random post about the gathering in ipoh.

i went back to ipoh on previous 2 weeks, yeah, like finally i'm home! Since mommy stay in kl, i rarely travel back to ipoh, i miss my home so much! of course, i miss my daddy, sister & grandma as well :)

Activities was kinda full when i was home. Outing, yumcha and what else? Yea, it's still yumcha.

so happy to meet the darlings after like 1+ months. I don't know why, i just got to see them every month.

Padini. A massive sales was going on that time & people are
so crazy about that. The queue for cashier is super long, even the queue for fitting room is also super duper long. So, we decided just to walk around & we buy nothing from there.Another photo session before going back home. Tadaaaaaa :D

Mamalia :) So sad that Eric & Kah Hong weren't with us but i'm waiting alright. You both will not be forgotten especially Kah Hong who's now working in Singapore.

Hello December, my favorite month ever :)

you know why i love december? because it's my birthday month.

birthday falls on 16th December, which is going to be next friday. I'm very looking forward, very excited.

sister said i can claimed some cash from her as birthday gift, how nice. Yet, i still love to receive presents because i love surprise, i love to see how much efforts that people will pay for me.

Anyhow, not going to celebrate it alone this year. I've got my love one with me.

Baby & I used to hangout every weekend unless he/me have something to busy with.

mommy & brother went back to Ipoh on last last last last Sunday & this was the 1st time i didn't follow them as i need to settle down something during weekend.

Baby brought me to Paciffic Coffee Shop located at IOI Boulevard for a drink. This place has become our favourite place to chill. The environment is pretty comfort and cozy.

Skip that part, lets proceed to the next. I asked him whether or not want me to cook him dinner.
We can't think of any place to dine that time. So,i decided to cook.
YES, YOU HEAR ME! I COOK :)

of course, it's just something super simple-spaghetti! :D
Since the ingredients are all ready at home, so we both decided to play "masak-masak" together. I called my mom & she asked me not to burn her kitchen. LOL

First and foremost, cook this.

Next, the most important ingredients, the spaghetti sauce. You can buy it any supermarket/grocery shops.

Mommy taught me to mix a lil tomato sauce to make it taste better.

I boiled it instead of cooking it. HAHAH! easier way :)

Lastly, cook the sauce & throw in the sausages & hams. I didn't add any onion because i hate union so much. I don't eat union.

He just loves to kacau me.

Tadaaaaaaa, the final outcome. He said it tastes not bad though. Hehehe :)

A simple yet sweet dinner. Don't have to think of places to eat, you can cook at home if you can.

Sabah, Borneo : Part IV

This is the final post about my borneo trip! i can actually get it done very very early yet i'm just simply lazy to blog about that. This is going to be a short post as i didn't take much pictures on the last night before i came back to KL.

The 4th day was all about B-E-A-C-H!
it's beach day :) I was utterly happy whenever i go beach, and you know Sabah has uncountable beautiful islands, how could i miss it right? I just went to Manukan Island & Mamutik Island only. Well, it pretty enough already :)

Early in the morning, we prepared all the stuffs needed the we walked to the jetty from our lodge. YES, WE WALKED. and, it's not near.

We tried to look for the cheapest island hopping package among all the counters there. There are about 8-9 counters, and you can randomly pick a few & ask for the price and so on so forth. Of course, you can bargain with them. Also, remember to bring along student card as we can get a 50% discount on the jetty tax or what.

Hello, we're finally here! :D Thanks god, it's a sunny day.

We girls went to change our bikini on & we went for snorkeling. Oh ya, sunblock is a MUST! I never like to apply sunblock on my body or face either but you know what, luckily i did applied. I look so tanned after that day. =(( Skin peeled off so terribly.

We didn't play any of the water sports that day, purely snorkeling in both of the islands. It wasn't my 1st time to go for snorkeling yet i'm still afraid of going to somewhere deep. Anyhow, i managed to master it well slowly & slowly. We saw a lot of fishy & corals :))
I wanted to play parasailing so much yet only me & see wei were interested. RM100 for 2 pax.

We did saw a lot of angmo over there, i likey =) Kinda envy them as they can travel with a big bunch of friends, i guess they're having their summer break that time.

We had so much fun that day yet everyone got tanned after that day. HAHAHA! anyhow, it's worth.

Okay, byebye Sabah! I'll be back.

Sabah, Borneo : Part III

Warning: This is gonna be a long post! Be patient :)

Third day in Sabah, weather was pretty nice, so we went out early in the morning again to have breakfast! This place is kinda famous for 鱼滑面( i think so). As usual, we shared our breakfast together again :)

Headed to Sungai Kiulu for river rafting after our breakfast. I felt utterly excited but at the same time, mood swing because i lost something, i was so careless :(

We reached the upstream of Sungai Kiulu & get ready for the adventurous rafting acitvities. We took the level 1/level 2, which suits for the beginners like us. Even children can play this level. The uncle told us since this is the most basic one, so we won't get wet bla bla bla, and HE WAS WRONG!! (tell you why later)

Helmet checked, life jacket checked, paddle checked, and so, final briefing before we play. He told us some rules that must be followed. I'm getting so so so excited that time. 1st time ever to play river rafting, woohoo :D

Okay, here comes my nightmare. I'm a non-swimmer, i don't know how to swim. So before that, i had already told my rafter, Sham so that he would take care of me. Everything was good & fine, i felt so excited till our boat being cap-sized.

OH MY GOD!

All of us dropped into the river and i was stuck in the middle of the boat, i don't know how to escape from that, at the time, i really thought i'm going to die soon. I kept struggled until i lift my head up. I floated quite far from the boat and luckily, henry came to save me up. I was like: "Thanks God, he saves my life!" no kidding!!

I was the 1st being pulled up to the boat because the rafter know i can't swim. We thought the rafter purposely pull the boat to make us capsize but he said that was an accidentally. The boat met the swirl, so we dropped off :(

AND, MY SPECTACLES GONE LIKE THIS! ARGH.
not only mine, wilson & seewei lost their specs as well :(

Rafter asked us wanna get 2nd try or not, i die die refused!!
i'm so scare even i think of that now.

We tried body rafting when its about the end of the rafting. We jumped into the river, and let the water push us to the downstream. This wasn't fun, i tried, and i'm scared :( but still, a big applause to myself for doing all that. I hate that uncle, he said this is only the level 1/level 2, i can't imagine how if i go for the level 3/level 4 in Sungai Padas. That is gonna be real challenging.

Lunch was provided at there, it's all included in our RM350 package.
Back to lodge and i fall asleep till evening while the rest already went out to Philipino market.

Dined at 大茄来海鲜餐厅 where we got the cheapest crab in town. RM18 per kg.
and we ordered "Sabah Vegetables-direct translate",something special lah.
not to forget, the 象蚌 (1st try on this), nice!
Bill: RM11+ for 7 peoples, cheap right?

Went for the musical fountain show at Perdana Park around 8+pm. Not bad either, but i think they shall change some of the songs, kinda old-style already. Hehe :)

Next destination: Tanjung Aru Beach. We went there at night, thanks to Chea Ann (my friend whom studying in UMS) brought us there. There's a few bars there, best place ever to chill i guess.

We stayed till 9+pm then we went off to a night food market. I took nothing for supper but the rest ordered prawns & sotong. I don't really like to eat prawns but when i saw the big big prawns, its simply irresistible :) You just feel like biting on this.

Last destination: B'day celebration for Miss Ho in Waterfront:)

her birthday falls on 7/10 so we gave her a lil surprise.

i excused myself & i went out to buy cakes for her, hope she like it.

We ordered a jar of beer as our companion at that night.

That day was indeed tiring, yet we had heaps of fun.

Sabah, Borneo : Part II

Woke up early in the morning and got prepared for our journey to somewhere up to the hill.

Uncle stopped by Tamparuli Town for breakfast. We had taken our breakfast before that, so 6 of us ordered only 3 plates and we shared it together.

Before we left, uncle bought us some fried banana/pisang goreng. He kept saying that was nice so we waite the kak to fry for us. The banana tasted kinda sweet and it's kinda different from what we normally take it here.

After about 1+ hours, we reached Pekan Nabalu, a small town nearby somewhere? Agh, i don't know.

This place was beautiful, we captured beautiful scenery and we saw people filming over there. Even if they're superstar, i don't even know & i'm not interested also. Heees :)

There have a lot of stalls selling handicrafts, souvenirs,fruits, etc. We bought our "I love KK" shirt over there. Uncle remind us to bargain with the sellers, else, they will "chop" us like what they did to those foreigners. So, we out our shirt for RM18 :) The cheapest that we can get.

Oh ya, I'm not a fans of pineapple, but the pineapple selling there was so SWEET! i like it, and it only costs you RM2 for 1 whole pineapple.so cheap right?

After this, we sat for another 1+ hour to reach Poring! It's a well-known place for hot spring, but before that, we went for our lunch and headed to the butterfly farm & the canopy walk also.

Lunch! Not bad, and it's included in our RM350 package :)

I skip the butterfly farm's part because i think nothing so special. I saw a lot of butterfly, that's it.

We went for the canopy walk. I forgotten how much we paid for both(butterfly farm & canopy walk). Maybe RM5?

Jungle-trekked for quite a distance before we went for the canopy walk.

I sweat like hell as i thought we're going to Kundasang, it must be cold, so i wore long sleeves, and the worst part is, i wore mini skirt for jungle-trek! Haha. I should have take the short pants with me :(

Finally we reached the 1st canopy! :D I was a lil scared because i'm afraid of height.Okay, frankly, not really that high lah, i'm just purely afraid :(

Epic failed

There's a few canopy that we walked through, and when we came down from the canopy walkway, it started to rain heavily! We were all WET, from top to bottom, and to inner part. Grrrrr.

So, we decided to went for hot spring directly,we went for the private pool instead of the public one, costs only RM15 per room.

We went to see The Biggest Flower, Rafflesia. As what i know, this flower smells like dead body but when we went, we didn't smell anything, probably because that's the 2nd day of blooming. Fyi, they only bloom for maximum a week.

Not forgetting, you have to PAY to see this. and it's not cheap, roughly RM10 per person, and we only stayed for like a minute, snap pics, then left.

Continued our journey to Kundasang! We arrived at 5pm and the milk factory was closed :(( Yet, still can see some of the cows there. The weather was so cold, something like Genting!

This is a very nice place to visit, but unfortunately, we didnt manage to see the KK mountain's view from here and the big wide field. It looks something like New Zealand, i didn't cheat alright? It's true.

Sabah, Borneo : Part I

Since I'm free now so i decided to write a little about my Sabah Trip.

Probably a long one i guess.

Six of us went to Sabah on 4th October 2011! We took the 2nd earliest flight,which is 750am from LCCT to KKIA. Gonna credits to the boyfie because he purposely woke up early, then came all the way from cyber to fetch to the airport, thanks love ♥

I was so sleepy but i just couldn't sleep on the flight, as you know, the seats are kinda small & i don't feel comfortable at all but still, everything was fine!

Checked in to our lodge right after. The price was kinda cheap since it was those backpackers hotel & most importanty, it was CLEAN! You have to share the bathroom with others but trust me, it's very clean. and the staffs were very friendly, super friendly :D

Lunch-生肉面(we used to call it pork meat noodle in west m'sia) RM6-RM6.50

After our lunch, we visited Sabah Museum since we had some free time before we headed to our 1st destination. You know, museum is always not the place that we, teenagers go. Agree?

The entrance fee is RM2 for malaysian but if you show your student card, it's FREE! that's what we called student's privileges. hehe.
The museum was undergoing some renovation so most of the part was closed!

The museum consists of indoor & outdoor. The outdoor one is so much interesting compare to the indoor.

We get to visit different kind of the bumiputera houses like long house etc. I'd been to Sarawak for once, so i visited this kind of cultural village before. Not bad either, you can see a lot of difference races house like Bajau, Kadazan, etc etc that we used to read in Geography/History last time.

Here comes our 1st destination that we had been planned to go!

it took about 2 hours to reach the jetty in Weston. I was trying so hard to sleep & i failed :(

Never mind, we all were so excited once we reached the jetty.

Was ready to go off watching probosics monkeys! :) It's only available in east m'sia.

Here we comeeeeee! i remembered i said something funny, i said i was imagining the boat will crack, then sink, then there's lot crocodile down there, how? HAHA!

Spot the monkey. Can you see they have a sharp nose & with a long tail? The people told us their tail is to balance themselves on the tree. We saw a lot, how lucky :)

We had our dinner at the place showing down here. It's in the middle of the river, how odd. Food was quite nice and yea, this is all included in the package that we bought. If i'm not mistaken, it about RM160-RM180 per person.

The sky was soooo dark after 6pm. Sabah sunset is on 6pm, so not used to it. After our dinner, we went to watch FIREFLIES! tell you, it's sooooooooooo beautiful & nice.

They will stick on certain trees & the tree looks like a christmas tree as it's keep blinking!
Can you imagine that, i bet you do.

We went back around 8pm & traveled all the way back to KK town.

1st day was indeed tiring so i fall asleep very soon.

My Happiest Moment

It took me a while to think about this, and yeah, i realized my happiest moment was the time at home-ipoh :)

I'm a student living far from home for studies. I have to try my very best to adopt myself in a new environment, being independent and most importantly, take care of myself very well.

Home is always the best place for me.
You know why?

Simply because nothing best than lying on your lovely bed, sitting on the sofa watching movie, chit-chatting with your siblings, tasting homemade dishes made by mommy, doing whatever like a boss at home ain't? There is nothing like staying at home for real comfort, don't you agree?

I love my family

They are always my precious ones.
They are irreplaceable.
They love me, and so do i ♥

Teaser ( Sabah, Borneo)

Halo, i'm back!

Quite a lot of my friends knew i went to Kota Kinabalu(Sabah) during my sembreak, credits to facebook twitter.

and after i uploaded pictures to my facebook profile, quite a lot of people asked was that fun, and most importantly, was that costly?

Alright, I spent more or less about RM800, included flight, accommodations, foods, activities etc.

and you can definitely spent lower than that because my flight tickets cost me RM115.50 already for both way. I took Air Asia to sabah, and Firefly backed to kl.

So, if you wanna grab cheap tickets, you have got to wait until Air Asia free seats promotion again.

After all, sabah is really a pretty nice place to visit in M'sia.

I had just paid a visit to one of the town in Sabah, and hopefully i get to visit other places like Sandakan, Tawau etc in future.

Going off to Sabah for vacation in less than few hours with my beloved buddies & uni-mates :)

i'm so excited now but in a mean time, i'm quite worry about my luggage because i think my baggage excess 7kg already & i'm gonna be charged for extra Rm50? =((

have been so undecided whether to go for this or Nex3 & lastly, i bought this home from KeyColor, Mid Valley.

Price is kind of reasonable & the guy was so friendly. he free-d the protector to me & the boyfie sponsored me to buy the filter, thanks! :D

i bought it together with a 14-42mmf/3.5-5.6 zoom lens instead of pancake lens since bro has already owned one.

Have you ever heard of OSK Investment Challenge. I bet most of you don't know what is this.Basically it's a Malaysia's ultimate virtual stock trading game.

They had a student edition where it encourages most of the university's students to participate in this trading game.OSK will give the students whom sign up for this game a virtual capital of RM100,000. It allowed the users/students to experience the thrill of investing with no risk.

If you ever have a interest in playing this trading game, go for it because it might be kind of interesting :)
oh well, if you need guidance, you can look for this blog Luporti (under the OSKIC column).
He wrote some tutorials which i think it's useful for the beginner, as well as me.

btw, they were named after their own characteristics, and they got so much other smurfs like painter smurf, greedy smurf etc.

The part that i love the most is that whatever they said, they will add the word-smurf in it.

and now, the fever has changed, people will said I don't smurf-ing like him/her. haha!

I was looking for some new cameras recently because i lost by baby G12 few weeks before as my house got broken into, how sad :(
i was so heartache when i lost it because it was newly bought & it functioned so well,wondering should i get back the same model as before or try to look for some new one, go for a new try.

anyway, i don't have much budget so that's why i'm looking for some camera below 2k. digital cameras are definitely not my choice anymore, i'm very into semi-pro cameras, for me, this is already more than enough :)

i don't feel like buying a DSLR at all because i don't think i can fully-discover their function & everyone is carrying a DSLR, i mean EVERYWHERE! even if you don't know how to use it, you will still go for DSLR, what for actually? hmm. anyhow, i might go for D3100 because it looks good, cheap, user friendly & the boyf's colleague might get it for me in a lower price in Singapore.

ARGH! i don't know how :(

Finally it comes to the end of it.

congratulation to all the famine fighters, u guys are AWESOME! :)

Wasn't it impressive? There were about 9k+ famine fighters from all over Malaysia, and i'm proud to say that i'm one if them :)
together, we raised about RM1.5 million to help the children.
for mmu itself, we collected about Rm9k+ as well.

We took this picture at Stadium Bukit Jalil after the famine countdown.
they were still excited about that. i would like to take this opportunity to thanks you guys for joining this year 30 hour famine & i sincerely wished that you guys did enjoy yourselves throughout the 30 hours.

i'm so proud of this!

Last but not least, thanks to my bunch of awesome committees.

i might not be a good leader, but i did try my best to do a great job. thanks for assisting me while carrying this event! i love the dance, i love the drama, i love the games, and I LOVE YOU ALL ♥

Getting so lazy to update recently since i'm gonna deal with assignments, presentations, quizes & midterms this few weeks :(

30 Hour Famine 2011

Have you ever heard about 30 hour famine? or has anyone know about World Vision Malaysia?
if you do not know any single thing about that, please click HERE.
every year, world vision m'sia will organize an event which is 30 hour famine & same goes to this year.

The theme for this year is “Hunger for Health!” (孩要健康，救是现在!).
there are 24,000 children under 5 will die which close to 9 million children a year mainly because of malnutrition, diarrhoea, malaria and many other factors.

people who doesn't know about this event may probably call it as "starving 30".
well, couldn't say this is wrong but what we gonna do within this 30hour is not only about going through the hunger, most importantly is the message behind this event.
By going without solid food for 30 hours, you can give those who are suffering from hunger and poverty the opportunity for improved health, better quality of life, and most importantly, hope.

Mmu Cyberjaya will be organizing a 30 hour famine DIY camp on 6th-7th August 2011 in Multipurpose Hall (MPH).
so glad to say that this year, we have more than 100 peoples joining this event and i'm feeling so proud to have bunch of awesome committees to help out especially my partner, Kai Jun.
without him, i think i'm gonna be in big trouble.

It happened about 2 weeks before i was in the camp.
My best friend, Kar Lin came to kl together with me by train since her parents went to Phuket Island for vacation so she came & stayed in kl with her siblings.

we had a simple outing in Mid Valley on monday. this pretty girl was so eager to change her style and this was the reason why she bought pretty much of clothes for herself on that day.
and according to her, thats only the beginning. she bought even more on the next day in Sunway Pyramid.

i'm so into this black dress that i've seen in Zara. unfortunately, even if i buy it, i don't know when & where i should put this dress on :(

did nothing else other than shopping shopping AND also shopping.
well, i declared bankruptcy at all time so shopping since to be not my thing anymore.
i only buy something that i really need. gonna be a wise consumer started from now onwards,i'll try :)

Glad to met up with an old friends of mine,damien there. it has been some time since i last met him. still, he is handsome & adorable.

Have you ever seen turtles before? nah, i ain't talking about tortoise, its turtle alright?
i never seen any before=( i just saw it in Discovery Channel last time,sigh!
by the way, you can now see it in Sitiawan, Perak =)

Credits to Wilson Mah for searching this place & brought me there.
i've been complaining that i was free on friday & begging him to bring me out for a walk.
he found this place on Ipoh facebook page(click here).
he drove me all the way to Sitiawan & we met up with Joyce and Seng Keong there.

and BIGGEST! i guess it will grows even larger in size when they get older.

u may be thinking why am i so silly as in feeling so happy about this. alright, never mind!
frankly, i never seen any turtle in the past 19 of my life.
i used to mix up tortoise & turtle when i was small. haha!

this is the place whereby all the turtle eggs are being protected. too bad, we're not allow to go in unless we get the permit.

this centre was located somewhere far away, you might need some guidance from the locals.
the visiting hours is from 10am to 5pm. we reached around 440pm, only 20 minutes left before they closed it. =(

after this, we went to Segari Beach which was just beside the turtle santuary.
this beach was freaking BEAUTIFUL! =)

this beach was being isolated and it was the place where turtles came to lay their eggs every year.
need not to travel all the way to Terengganu to see anymore! hees =D
u can see it in Sitiawan too!
by the way, this beach is NOT recommended for swimming because the beach is deep and the wave is rather strong.

you can catch baby crabby,urinary shrimp(赖尿虾) & lala there.
wilson,keong & joyce were so excited in catching all these, lol.

Finally manage to have an outing with my ladies after so long, teehee :)
angie used to named us (Me, Angie, Karlin & Eqing) as juicy girls, so basically, this outing is called as juicy outing. LOL.
alright, people reading now might feel weird! bear with it for a while please.

Karlin was the driver of the day, she fetched eqing & i to JJ. how proud!
and three of us felt so great sitting on the car chit-chatting. you wouldn't know how awesome we felt on that day.

Time flies, it's has been almost a year since i entered MMU.
i could still barely remember that how used i complaint my campus was sucks with rules & peoples around.
this was how i felt on the early stage, and now i felt so much better, thanks to people around me.

glad to mix up with friends from different places & different characteristics that lighten up my uni's life.
it wouldn't be that great maybe as for now but i trust that with you all by my side, it's already the best thing in life =)

People tends to get close when they have endless topics whenever they are together.
you can talk craps & nonsense with them for like entire day, discussing those gossips where you don't really know that's true or not =)

They are the connection to my uni's life - a tie to the past, a road to the future, the key to sanity in a totally insane world.

Sometimes you do not know where the hell you are, what you gonna do, but be thankful that someone will be there to guides you.

Last but not least, thanks to the bestie of mine, See Wei. She's the one whom i close with, the one whom often hang & stick together throughout the whole year. some friends of us used to call us as TWINS, teehee :)

A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out.

Hola! im finally here to update a short post after a month.

life is pretty good recently, and i love this short semester so much because i've been slacking most of the time.
well, instead, many people dislike short sem i guess. haha!

fyi, my final is on next week, and i promise myself I MUST at least aim a 3.8 and i'm going to make it comes true! aza aza~

well, many things happened within this month!

1st and foremost, the goddamn accident that happened about 3-4 weeks before in Putrajaya. that's still a nightmare for me =(

i've got phobia sitting on the car looking at the back mirror because i always feel that the car/bus behind could never break then hits me.
this is ridiculous. =.= i always have great imagination!

Secondly, i've successfully get into the Orientation Committee June Intake 2011.

this is what i wanted to join the most and i got it. looking forward to the binding camp and meeting new faces in the camp and orientation as well :)

Thirdly, i've registered to become the camp leader for Famine 30.

i would like to credits to Wei Xiang for giving me this opportunity. Even till now, i'm still wondering why he choose me but still, i will try my best to do the best as i promised.

Fourthly, just been to Beijing with the family 2 weeks ago. Yeah, first family trip.

thanks to mommy, bro & sis because i spent RM0 in this trip, thanks to mommy :))

back to topic, i went to Sepang Cold Coast once again with my friend on last saturday. aww, i like beach so much simply because it is way more windy & cozy for me.

I joined a campaign organized by the Red Crescent in my campus last Wednesday.
somehow, i think that this event is great for me because i learned something useful on that day :)
this event is called as "1 Malaysia Help & Health Campaign".

this campaign had provided 9 services which i think is good enough to attract people to join this campaign :

1. Organ Donation Campaign
2. Blood Donation Drive
3. Free Medical Checkup
4. CPR Awareness Campaign
5. Exhibition
6. Demonstration
7. Health Talk
8. International Student Helpline
9. Food Bazaar

See Wei & I took a short visit to this campaign during our break time since we both promise Henry we'll pay him a visit.

too bad that i was wearing contact lens so i'm not able to do the check up. i seriously need to know the degree of my eyes because it has been roughly 2+ years i never update the degree of my eyes. Even when i'm wearing my spectacles at home, i still feel a bit blur when facing my laptop
well, i guess its time to change a new specs :)

next, we went to check out for...err, our foot? i don't know how should i named it but basically, it measures how good your foot looks like & my foot looks abnormal :(
the man told me my arch is kind of flat which was not suppose to be like that. hell ya!

right after, we went to check up for our spine. i passed in this!
at least, my spine is growing normally, a pretty nice "S" shape, hehe :)

alright, here comes the part that i like the most, CPR learning guided by Henry.
he's the member of RC so he personally guided both of us.

has been questioning by the so-called instructor, henry

as what Henry said, everyone is able to give CPR. for some of you, you might know the proper way of doing this & even have a qualified certificate of doing this. as for me, my purpose is just to learn & i'm glad that i know the way of doing this now.

my penang day trip might sounds a little ridiculous because i actually went for jungle trekking for the entire morning.
Henry planned to bring me to Monkey Beach but ended up with Pantai Teluk Ailing.
monkey beach is further down compare to the Pantai Teluk Ailing. we should be slightly smarter next time :(
anyhow, this beach is beautiful as well.

it took us about 3-4 hours throughout the whole journey. frankly, jungle trekking consumed a lot of time & we never get to take the boat when we wanna go back :(
after this, both of us felt so sweaty & sticky, so we decided to back home, take bath, then only off for niceeeeeee foods which i've been craving a lot.

we took the cendol inside the shop & ordered kuay teow & prawn mee.
i always got confused about the name of the prawn mee because penang people named it as 福建面 while ppl who lives in ipoh/kl called it as 虾面.
anyway, for me, as long as the food tastes good, it doesn't matter what's the name.

right after the meal, we walked around the area around to kill time.
stomach was full of foods & it must have to be digested before dinner. HAHA!

I visited this place few times but i never went there before at night. coincidentally, that time Kek Lok Si was still having the CNY lantern & all sort of decorations. but due to tiredness, plan was off & we both went for a movie in Queensbay. my leg wasn't like mine anymore because i walked too much on that day,zzz.
stamina is kinda bad!

we went for dinner at Hammer Bay, which is near by Queensbay. he google-searched this place & he brought me there.
this place is kind of not bad, we're sitting at a place where we can see the Penang bridge night view.
there are 3 stalls selling almost the same foods but we just go for the one who get recommended, which is hammer bay :)

this CNY was awesome as in i spent my 4 days CNY wisely with families & friends & i spent the rest of my CNY with my final exams, how great =.=

finally i manged to spare my time to update my blog, it has been some time since my last update.
i'm done with my final at last, how great! y1s2 had officially over & i'm having my break till early of march!

Teluk Batik, Sitiawan

This is an overdue post which happened about 2 weeks before when i was in Ipoh.
Gonna briefly write about my Sitiawan day trip with friends.
Teehee :D

Wilson actually planned to go Sitiawan for a long time but no one can make it and idk why the plan was ON after gathered with the bff on the previous day. Sadly, most of them couldn't turn up due to their own activities but never mind, Wilson, Wingfei, Kah Hong & I could make it on that day=)

We departed early in the morning and headed to Sitiawan. Wilson's drove us there and met up 2 of his friends (Joyce & Seng Keong) as well as Kah Hong's girlfriend(Vemin) . So, in total, there were 7 of us.
Joyce parents were kinda good, they treated us breakfast and told her daughter to bring us go here & there. So nice of them =)
after taken our breakfast, we headed to Marina Bay.

There was a jetty and usually people will take the ferry and travel to Pulau Pangkor since it's just nearby Sitiawan. It is much more nearer compare to you take ferry from P.P jetty.
Weather was pretty nice & scenery was kinda beautiful.
But honestly, there has nothing much to do besides cycling. perhaps picnic with the family?

After this, we headed to our destination, Teluk Batik :)
i heard of this place since primary from Kajian Tempatan textbook yet i never been there. Mommy said it's just a normal beach, nothing special yet dirty. So, she never ever bring me there. Surprisingly, we felt that it's way much better than Pulau Pangkor because the sand is softer and the sea water is cleaner.

So, we suggested to play kayak since this activities has the least probabilities to get wet. Wingfei,Wilson & I already planned to pull them down into the sea at this time.

We played banana boat as well,RM5 per person only but wasn't that fun. The malay boy never collect the kayak money from us & we all pretending that we had already paid that. Hees =) free gift of the day.

We stayed in Teluk Batik for about 2-3 hours then headed back to Vemin & Joyce house to take bath & lunch in MCD. Last destination before going back to Ipoh was Go Cart.
i played once before in Genting last year because i never get to play that before and i remember the queue was terrible.
However, other than Genting, you can play this in Sitiawan as well.
This only open after 330pm, so, if you want to play this, i suggest to come at night because it's more windy playing at night.

the condition of the car is way more better than in Genting's one esp in terms of SPEED!!
when the person in charge asked : "siapa tak pernah pandu kereta?", i actually rise up my hand. so paiseh to tell people that i have got my driving license yet i seldom drive. he personally taught me where is the break bla bla bla...... at last, i told him i did have my license & the person was like =.="

i'm finally back in action, has been abandoned the bloggie for quite some time.
i've been so busy with the course works recently and finally it comes to the end of it =D

Hi, today is 31/12/2010, the last day of this year.
are you ready to welcome the new year in a few hours time?

alright, i shall write a conclusion for this year, and to myself.
throughout this whole year, i learned a lot and i had grown up too.
there were pretty much of ups & downs. i fall and i stood up once again.
the saddest things throughout this year wasn't i left utar, broke up,exams or whatever shits but rather, i lost 2 of my beloved family members within a year.
i miss them already! i'm wondering how are they in their wonderland.

i left ipoh & kampar and study at a place where friends are all not around, a new kick start for myself. I'm satisfy with what i have right now. I don't hope for more, but i hope for something new, a brand new environment as well as a brand new me!!
On the coming new year, i wish that i can sweep away all the sadness and please, bring me back my happiness. I had lost part of it =(

I have a few wishes, i know no one can actually helps me to make my wish come true but somehow, i would like to share it out here.

For family:
Of course, i wish mom & dad have a great year ahead, take good care of themselves and 发发发 =) and for the siblings, wish that they can get a baby as soon as possible. i guess mommy has been looking forward for quite some time, and i'm looking forward to have a nice/nephew as well. i'm pretty sure that i'm a good 阿姨/姑姐.

Most of my loves one are still persue-ing their studies , all the best to them and they are 1 step closer to their teenages' dream. Uni's life is definitely rocksss! i'll enjoy myself to the max before i graduate, i swear! For those who's working, i wish that they can get a higher pay, earn as much as they can.

Alright, hopefully i won't be hugging buddha's leg every time before exam/assignments. I should force myself to be slightly hardworking. i'm going to stick my ass on the chair every night to study before exams. I ain't greedy, i don't wish that i myself can really score a 4 flats because it's like so far from me? 1st class honor is more than enough! Go Go Go=D

For relationships:
Haih. i'm a typical failure here. why on earth i must ended up being like that? there was once a choice for me, but i gave him up and of course, he hurts. as you can see from the title that I've written on top, i'm going to write about Jogoyaaaaaa=)

i had been hearing this name for like hundred of times but i never get to go there simply because i felt that it's so expensive for a poor student like me. Their dinner buffet costs RM88++ for a single person (excluded tax).
i personally think that this is a ~~so-called~~ luxurious dinner buffet.

fortunately, this place offered a half price promotion for all the ladies till 17th December. Ladies who ever go there will got herself half price discounts!! =)
that is why i have got an urge to go there so so so badly!

i've been bugging my sister to come kl & go with me. however, my sister couldn't take any leave and i only got See Wei to accompany me.
well, this is kind of a spontaneous decision to go out on last Monday since the girl and i was rotting at home =)

we went off to Berjaya Times Square then only headed to Jogoya for dinner.
we both were a bit over excited to see so many foods there, hungry like hell because both of us had nothing into our stomach for the entire morning/noon.
2 little girls took pretty much of things & we did enjoy our time there.

Yea, this is Haagen-Dazzzzzzzs ice-cream, the desserts of the day.
the ah moi took all the flavors(11 types) and we managed to finished all that included other scopes of New Zealand natural ice-cream.

We dined in at 630pm and we got to go at around 830pm because there is a time limitations for every single tables, idk why. maybe to prevent customers who sit there keep eating & eating? LOL

The dinner cost us around RM117. we felt pretty satisfied after the dinner, very berry full. ♥
we then headed to Pavilion to see the "snow-falling" but we failed to see that =(
i thought it started to "snow" at 830pm but who knows, it's actually started at 8pm.

ughh, we missed that. anyway, the decorations over there is beautiful.

It's a birthday celebration for 肥仔, Chee Wei.
okay, from the picture above, you might be wondering why people called him 肥仔 right?
sorry, idk why also.
from the 1st day i knew him, his name is 肥仔 already. heees :)

we dined in Cocoon, a western restaurant which located in Greentown, Ipoh.
i knew this place from SinChew Daily, they recommended this restaurant and it got my attention! the foods got me drooling! most importantly, it isn't expensive.
their set lunch & set dinner is kinda cheap.
environment is good, price is reasonable, nice place!!

just fyi, i went to this place on Monday with them and i got back to the same place on Thursday with my friend again. and now, i feel like going back again.
I missed their carbonara oh-so-muchieee!
recently i'm in love with carbonara! hell, it's so creamy ♥

picture quality isn't that good but trust me, this is truly niceee (RM12.90)

this is what i dislike the most, Caesar salad. Yiukk!

It's a pretty Sunday with the lovely one in Purple Cane Tea House.
i heard it before when i was in kl, i even see their shop around in the shopping mall but i never want to enter because i'm not interested in buying any chinese tea either :)

well, as for in ipoh, i guess this should be a very new place for the yum-cha kaki, isn't it?
the environment is pretty comfort & nice, the staffs are kinda friendly as well.
it also provided free wifi service. it this good enough? LOL
fyi, it located in the old富山.
i personally like to give a thumbs up to this place, awesome!

i'm currently enjoying my 1 week trimester break in ipoh with the families & friends.
my home/room is the best place ever in the world, so comfy, especially my queen size bed! ♥

okay,put away my work for a while first. I'm going to write about my orphanage visit on yesterday.
yeah, do you hear me? is orphanage house!!

My group and other friends tagged along the Care club, Mmu to pay a visit to an orphanage house, House of Joy which located somewhere in Puchong. We gathered at campus at 2pm and reached there around 245pm.

I actually went there for the sake of completing my moral assignment II. sounds bad isn't it?
i got a very important task on that day, which is being the camera-man! yea,seriously i need to 交货 in my assignment II >.<

The place had abit out-of-my-expectation.
Firstly, the location was kind of hard to find (somewhere near the hill)

Secondly, the environment there wasn't that good

Thirdly, the kiddy were all a bit over-active (my own opinion)

We had been staying there for about 2 hours. We made/designed a christmas card for every single kids, ice-breaking, played games (balloons) and of course, gave away those foods,drink & snacks that being brought there.

I got myself a ticket from deejay club, one ringgit cheaper compare to those non-members.

In the past 19 years, i might not spend enough time with you,most likely paying a visit to you once a year, but you're always good to everyone of us.
I should be rather glad because you could have gone to a better place after you leave us, heaven!
I know that you'll definitely be fine staying in heaven, watching every single of us, making sure that we are all doing fine.

No matter how heavy my heart is, i still have to say goodbye to you! Yea, this is what we call "life" where everyone have to gone through. I could hardly accept that i lost 2 of my beloved family members within the same year. Why must it be like that? WHY?

Anyhow, i still can't control my tears rolling down whenever i reminisced all the old good times that mum & i spent with you. Everything that happened was so closed yet so far.

Hola! i'm back in action.
I know my blog is half dead, so what? who cares?

currently got nothing to busy with, got no special occasions/events to join either. bored to the max! it's going to be week 4 of my trimester 2, how good if it's week 7 or week 12 now so that i've a short break! I'm getting so bored to my daily routine right now, yea, NOW! especially the time taken/spent in campus. FML!

I just wish the class will starts as usual because i'm getting so fed up of waiting & taking bus to campus just because of the 1/2 hours tutorial or perhaps some 1 hour lecture class? after that, going back to my place again, another 1 1/2 hours gone at least. WTH!

I don't think staying in library waiting brother to fetch me back could be better,i suppose it will be the same. well, something better is i have got a new place to hang around recently, guess where it is, is hostel!
thanks to the girls for letting me to kacau,this place would be much more better than library. at least, this is somewhere new to me :)

i'm wishing to join some events but, i just can't! wanted to join netball and find back the passion that i used to have it when i teamed with my high school mates. i ain't joining any on-air activities in deejay club this trimester due to my time & my partner. too bad, i really wish to on-air & crap it myself.

something strange actually happened to me which is i'll study my notes when i'm bored! Okay, this is real weird. i used to study before exams but this is the very 1st time my study mode ON not because of this. I shall keep this up because i wanna score better in this trimester. This trimester is tough, subjects are more on maths, and my maths is kinda poor! I just simply hates something to do with numbers, calculations and formulas. Ughh ="(

I don't really like people to doubt me just because they are smarter then me, whatever i said, they doubt. Unless i provide something real, or else, they actually thought i'm talking nonsense. i know i look odd here, but that's me :)

craving for something lately, wishing to have part-time jobs because i don't feel like using my ptptn money to buy that. oh yea, searching something to make myself feels better today in shopping mall but ended up nothing. Wanna get myself a new baggie/clothes because of the past results, wanna encourage myself to move further. I do need compliments. No one cares about that, even YOU! not even a single things from you, as what u'd promised me last time.

Well,I shall stop here. this post isn't something happy to share about, is something that i wanna tell but couldn't find any way better than here, my blog! Readers,thank you for spending at least your 5 minutes here. Have a nice day!

She can be wild & she can be very soft too. She will help you whenever you need help. She loves to try on something new. She likes to be mature. She can be like 2 different person when she dressed up nicely & put on her make up. She looks very cincai when she stay at home. She loves to play those smart games. She has a good temper. As what i heard, the results is only going to release on 23th of October(saturday) but it came out on 22nd =.=" what a big surprise for me!!

i was still having class that time and when i saw the face-book updates from the mmuians, i was freaking nervous and i was shivering that time. I got tensed up and i'm so worried about that.
i couldn't checked my results through mobile and i can't leave the class too. Can you imagine how frustrated i am on that particular moment? My lecturer was teaching the slides and most of the students wasn't paying attention. They were busy smsing, calling friends to check for them.

A friend of mine helped me to check from her mobile and thanks god, i scored more than i could.
most of my friends hit 3 pointer, some even get 4 flats. Congrats to those who get flying colors :)
I felt like flying up to the sky when i knew my results. It's not very good for you maybe but i'm pretty satisfied though. Lot's of them get more than i but who cares? but actually i was cheating myself. I told myself not to jealous,not to envy and i failed to do it. in the bottom of my heart, i did jealous!! I was thinking why they can get higher than me? I was being a bit emo when i think about that but after a good sleep, i'm alright with that. Why jealous? others might jealous for what I have too :)

人比人比死人!!
i should remember this for life because this is so meant and useful to console myself.

There are still a lot to improve and i'll achieve what i want one day.
I believe others can do it, i myself can do it too.
Why not right?

1st trimester break in mmu has officially ended. well, 2 weeks holiday is not enough for me. someone is hoping for their new trimester to come so soon while i'm the one who's wishing to have more holidays. perhaps you can say i'm lazy! LOL
i felt so reluctant to leave my hometown and head back to kl. i knew i'll back ipoh very often, but still, it's so heavy to say goodbye.

whenever i think of those assignments, presentations, i feel so pathetic.
Ughhhh, i'm actually "pre-shouting" my stress here. paisehhh
I'm going to take 7 subjects in my trimester 2.
but i guess, busy is always that better than complaining bored right? hopefully everything will turns good. * finger crossed*

so, hello trimester 2, byebye holidays. *waving hands*
i'm so going to switch off all my holiday's mode and on back the study mode right now. will it works?

i'm pretty satisfied on what i did during this holidays. On the other hand,I felt guilty too because i went out almost everyday with different peoples. I don't know this is good or bad. Good as in i got friends to hang out while bad as in i spent $$ on every outing. By the way, ipoh is way too bored man! is either Ipoh Parade or Kinta City, tell me where else i can go?

I can tell you number of places to eat but if you ask me where to play, i really got no idea about this. Please build more shopping complex,plssssss.

On last Thursday, we had pre-celebrated Yen Wei's & Chao Pei's birthday at Kizuna One, a Japanese cuisine which located at Ipoh Royal Golf Club. When i first heard about this, I thought this is the one that i went before in Ipoh Garden East. I didn't know that is actually 2 Kizuna branches in Ipoh. By the way, i prefer Kizuna One more :)

13 of us had a splendid dinner and we get to met each other after some time. People who attended the dinner are YenWei, Eqing, Karlin, Angie & Michael,Ebel & Chao Pei, Wilson, WingFei, Kher Xien, Reuben, Bob and I =)
