Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, Pavilion (Tokyo Street)

Bored the hell out of me while i'm studying for my business law paper! :(
 So right, i decided to take a rest & blog.

Last Christmas, boyfie took me out to Pavilion to have our so called Christmas lunch! We picked Hokkaido Ramen Santouka situated in 6th floor (Tokyo Street) of Pavilion. I was craving for ramen & boyfie said Santouka has received a lot of good reviews & it is one the largest ramen chain in the world so we decided to give it a try! :)

Not sure whether it was a Christmas or what, the shop was so crowded. We queued up for 20 minutes and there was a long queue at behind.

I ordered their signature's ramen -Tokusen Toroniku Shoyu Ramen (RM33.50, Small). As what i read from the menu, only 200-300g of the chasu (pork cheek) can be taken from each pig, therefore, this ramen is limited in amount everyday! It was served separately with the ramen.

The boyfie ordered Kara Miso Ramen (RM24.50, Small) which is the only hot flavoured soup among all.  It wasn't that spicy as what i thought but i think if it was served together with a boiled egg, it tastes much better because it's kinda plain.

We ordered a side dish, Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken). It was served together with mayo/tartar sauce, i don't know. Frankly speaking, i think my mom can make it at home too.  It wasn't that bad but i don't think it worth. (my opinion) It was crispy but oily for me. 

Hmm, i still prefer Menya Mushashi (Isetan@1Utama) more than Santouka. The latter was good but we both like the former more, different preference anyway, no harm trying! :)

That's all for now, shall stick back with my paper. 
It's raining outside, couldn't out for gym right now, sigh!
